Shipping Information

Here are the estimated delivery times for all shipments:

  • Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT+1). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day – this may delay delivery by one day.
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped with one of our reliable shipping partners.
  • Transit time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days total.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for all orders within Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and the United States. There are no additional fees for delivering your order.

We work with DHL, Royal Mail, La Poste, and USPS to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Tracking

Customers receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. This tracking number can be used to track the delivery status here .

Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is not delivered or is lost, please contact our customer service immediately at info@zevopets.de. We will work with DHL, Royal Mail, La Poste, and USPS to investigate the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement package or arrange a refund. Not at Home

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the respective shipping provider will attempt a second delivery or leave the package at a nearby pickup point. You will receive a notification with instructions on where and when you can collect your package.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse to accept an order upon delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping and handling costs of the items.

Address Change

Would you like to change the delivery address of your order? Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of placing your order or before the order cutoff time at info@zevopets.de. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on the status of your order.
