For a product to be eligible for a return and refund, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: First contact us at info@zevopets.de to request a return. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.
  2. Return Instructions: Follow the instructions you receive from us after your return request.
  3. Return Shipment: Send the product back according to the instructions received. Please ensure it is well packed to avoid damage during transport.
  4. Receipt of Return Instructions: You will receive return instructions and the return address in China after contacting customer service. The return address may vary depending on the product type or location, so it is important that you contact us before sending anything back.

Return Costs

The direct costs for returning the goods are at your expense.

Refunds

  • Approval: We will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive your money back within 2 working days automatically via your original payment method.
  • Processing: Please note that depending on the bank or credit card provider, it may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account.
  • Contact: If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved and you have not yet received a refund, please contact us at info@zevopets.de.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us promptly if an item is damaged or faulty or if you received the wrong item. We will examine the issue and offer you a suitable solution.

Exchange

The fastest way to get the desired product is to return the received item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Items Not Eligible for a Full Return

  • Free/Promotional Items: Free or promotional items are excluded from refunds. If the return conditions are met and the return is approved, you will instead receive a voucher.
